① Clean the surface that the membrane switch needs to adhere to (the surface that needs to be adhered to is flat, rust free, oil free, and dust-free);
② Compare the size (place the thin film switch where it needs to be pasted to see if the size and position are right);
③ Peel off about 10mm of the centrifugal paper at the bottom of the membrane switch from the edge;
④ Then place the membrane switch in the corresponding position and stick it to a part, then slowly tear off the remaining centrifugal paper (under the condition that the angle cannot exceed 15 degrees), and then stick it to the corresponding position in sequence.
⑤ If the membrane switch of the centrifugal paper on the opposite side is removed during the pasting process, it needs to be placed first, and should be placed on the opposite side upwards to prevent it from sticking to other objects and affecting the pasting;
⑥ Attention: Pasting cannot be repeated and must be completed in one go; The tearing angle should not exceed 15 degrees; When trying to press the touch, be sure to place it flat on the desktop before pressing. Do not hold it in your hand and press it in the air, otherwise it will affect the service life of the membrane switch.
① The bubble film lining between the membrane switch and the membrane switch is to reduce pressure on the buttons and prevent failure, and should be retained;
② The transparent film covering the front and back sides of the membrane switch is used to protect the display window of the membrane switch and should not be easily torn off;
③ After removing a few of the membrane switches, they should be tied as they are, but they should never be too tightly tied;
④ Film surface stickers and film switches that have a tactile feel and a large quantity need to be boxed and placed vertically to prevent the keys from becoming ineffective due to prolonged heavy pressure;
⑤ The outgoing line of the membrane switch should be well protected and cannot be placed facing downwards;
⑥ Thin film switches with display windows should be handled and placed to prevent the material from bending under force and leaving creases;
⑦ Thin film switches should be stored indoors at room temperature and undergo dustproof and moisture-proof treatment. There should be no acidic, alkaline or other corrosive gases in the surrounding air.
