Film application method steps

① Clean the surface of the Membrane switch to be bonded (the bonded surface shall be flat, rust free, oil free and dust-free);

② Compare the size (place the Membrane switch at the place to be pasted and check whether the size and position are correct);

③ Then strip the centrifugal paper at the bottom of the Membrane switch about 10mm from the edge;

④ Then put the Membrane switch to the corresponding position and stick a part of it, then slowly tear off the remaining centrifugal paper (under the condition that the angle cannot exceed 15 degrees), and then stick it to the corresponding position in turn.

⑤ In the process of pasting, if the Membrane switch with the centrifugal paper on the reverse side torn off needs to be placed first, it should be placed on the reverse side upwards to prevent sticking to other objects from affecting the pasting;

⑥ Attention: Pasting cannot be repeated and must be completed in one go; The tearing angle should not exceed 15 degrees; When trying to press the handle, be sure to put it flat on the table and then press it. Do not hold it in the hand and press it in the air, otherwise the service life of the Membrane switch will be affected.

Film application precautions

① The bubble film lined between the Membrane switch and the Membrane switch is to reduce the pressure of the key to prevent failure, and should be retained;

② The transparent film on the front and back of the Membrane switch is to protect the display window of the Membrane switch, so it should not be torn off easily;

③ After taking out several Membrane switch, bundle them as they are, but never too tight;

④ Film surface stickers and Membrane switch with hand feel and large quantity need to be boxed and placed vertically to prevent keys from being pressed for a long time;

⑤ The outgoing line of the Membrane switch shall be well protected and shall not be placed downward;

⑥ The Membrane switch with display window shall be held and placed in such a way that the material will not be bent due to force and there will be creases;

⑦ When the Membrane switch is stored indoors at room temperature, it should be treated against dust and moisture. There is no acid, alkaline or other corrosive gas in the surrounding air.
